Payment Terms

Payment is due in full upon enrollment unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of enrollment. To request a refund, contact us within 30 days of your enrollment date. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refund Conditions

• Refund requests must be made within 30 days of enrollment
• You must not have completed more than 50% of the program content
• Refunds are not available for programs where certification has been issued

All content and materials provided through our Services, including but not limited to courses, videos, documents, templates, methodologies, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to Gotch SEO Academy and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not permit you to:

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination by either party, you will lose access to course materials and any uncompleted certifications.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Austin, Texas.
